We have a strict no exchange, return or refunds policy across the website.

However, exchanges will be considered only if the product received was incorrect or was broken during transit. In any case, unboxing video is mandatory.

To place an exchange request, please write to us on hello@beyondgrateful.in along with your order details, images and unboxing video. Discretion of original product return lies with Beyond Gratefull by Niharika Singhal.

To be eligible for an exchange, your original item received must be unused and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your product, and let you know if the product was approved or not. If approved, we will ship the new product within 2-4 days.

Please note that the item cannot be exchanged for any other product.
